I must admit I was skeptical about their marketing to me right after a major hailstorm. But John my salesman made a believer out of me. Not only did he walk me through the entire claim process. He serves as my add forget with my insurance company. John worked hand-in-hand with my insurance companies appraiser toys sure all the damage done to my property was taken care of. The repairs took place over a long period of Time but mostly due to weather delays and delays by my insurance company. John was always available to intervene on my behalf with my insurance firm so that the claim process went as smooth as possible. To date I have had to contact Universal Bld for some minor follow-up work and they responded and a very timely fashion. I am very satisfied with the work that they’ve done and the help I received from Bobby Joe and John . If I had to do this over again I would definitely use universal builders.
