Working with Universal Builders was very pleasant since the beginning. The communication between the company, Chris and us has been effective, and they were very prompt to respond. Chris Darity was very kind, courteous, and professional. He worked directly with our insurance and got the best value for the job to be done. Bobbie Baker always gave us a call for updates on the job. All the different crews that worked on the house such as; roof, siding, metal roof, and the gutters did a great job. We want to point out that Kevin with the siding did an outstanding and excellent job. We are very pleased and satisfied with Universal Builders and we strongly recommend the company. I am more then impressed with this company. Jacob was very professional and worked with my insurance company to get me the best replacement with a great warranty. The roof looks awesome with the recommended colors we sat down and picked as well as the crew was very courteous and did a great job cleaning up! I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

The crew of Universal workers were extraordinary. They stripped my three roofs, put down new underlayment and beautiful new shingles, wider gutters and downspouts. Hail damaged copper roofing was replaced and better than brand new. Work proceeded in spite of wind and cooler than comfortable weather. These guys were great and cleaned up every day before leaving the job. I am thoroughly satisfied with the fine workmanship and quality of products that were used. Definitely a 5 star job!

Your guys did a great job. I went to work and when I got home my house and garage had been torn off, new roofs installed and cleaned up everything.Other than new roofs, you could not tell they had been there. I'm very happy. Thanks!
